If a doorbell rings then opening the door is the next response that comes up in the mind. Similarly, telephone bell suggests picking up the phone whereas school bells remind an individual to come to the class. Moreover, toaster bell indicates to take the toast out of the toaster. Thus, if any number, name, date, time or face ‘rings a bell’ in your mind then it’d allow you to remind something.
