Save for a Rainy Day

Etymology:

• It is 17th century phrase which has been very common. “Rainy day” has meant to be a time of need, calamity and affliction. This is a time no one can predict because misfortune does not inform you before its coming. So when the things are “sunny” means good time or when you have plenty, then you should try to put some of it away to use it for that “rainy day” or in the time of need.
