Etymology:

• This is a modern phrase with Afro- American origin dealing with birds and even airplanes because of similarity in shape. Since no any bird or pilot would like to keep their course in a curved way while flying, they would be sharp, straight and careful during their flight to their destination. Similarly we can say that people who waste their time in aimless and useless activities should focus on their lives to achieve their goals.
