Etymology:

• Iron is considered to be extremely solid and hard metal. However, people aren’t made of iron but strong people who usually withstand severe punishments against their opponents are usually considered as “made of iron”. In the contemporary world, if someone rules a class, company or even a country with strictness and domination then he or she can be considered as someone with an iron hand.
